Depending on experience you may be asked to attend a fundamentals session/s to be taught the basic CrossFit movements and the Olympic lifts before being able to join the scheduled classes. If you have CrossFit experience then you will be required to attend a trial class before joining.

FUNDAMENTALS COURSE: UP TO £120*

*number of sessions will be adjusted depending on experience and ability. Price may vary depending on 121 or small group classes.

UNLIMITED: £150 p/m

3 TIMES A WEEK: £110 p/m

NEW: 2 TIMES A WEEK: £90 p/m

WEIGHTLIFTING MEMBERSHIP

Unlimited: £85 p/m

This membership gives you the opportunity to come to as many weightlifting classes as you wish.

INDIVIDUALISED ONLINE PROGRAMMING

These programmes are designed specifically to a person’s needs and goals. Often, these are used by people who cannot regularly make class times, or those who workout at another gym but need something to follow. Your programme will constantly evolve as you progress, changing week-to-week based on your goals and improvement. Anyone that follows an online programme who is not a member of Grand Union CrossFit will get 1 free drop-in session a month to monitor progress. All programmes will come with basic nutritional advice.

5 Sessions a week: £120 p/m

4 Sessions a week: £90 p/m

3 Sessions a week: £80 p/m

2 Sessions a week: £60 p/m
